01نطاق هذه السياسة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع المشتريات التي تتم عبر {{SITE}} وصفحات الطلب التابعة لها، وهي جزء لا يتجزّأ من الشروط والأحكام.

تشمل: العضوية الشهرية، العضوية السنوية، عضوية مدى الحياة، والمنتجات الرقمية المنفصلة وعروض الترقية الفورية.

02لماذا لا نقدّم استرجاعاً

ما تشتريه هو وصول رقمي فوري وكامل إلى مادة لا يمكن استرجاعها بعد الاطلاع عليها: الكورس الكامل، أرشيف المكالمات المسجّلة، القوالب والملفات، وقوائم الموردين والأدوات.

لحظة إتمام الاشتراك يُفتح لك كل شيء دفعة واحدة. لا يوجد "جزء لم تستهلكه" يمكن إعادته.

بدلاً من نظام استرجاع، اخترنا نموذجاً أوضح وأكثر عدلاً للطرفين:

• الاشتراك الشهري بلا التزام: تختبر المنصة شهراً واحداً، وتلغي متى شئت بضغطة واحدة.
• لا رسوم إضافية ولا شروط مخفية.
• لا عقود إجبارية ولا حد أدنى لمدة الاشتراك.

03جميع المبيعات نهائية

الخطة السنوية وخطة مدى الحياة تُقدَّم بسعر أقل بشكل جوهري من مجموع الدفعات الشهرية المكافئة. هذا الخصم هو المقابل المباشر لالتزامك المسبق، ولذلك فهو غير قابل للاسترجاع أو التجزئة.

04الإلغاء: ماذا يحدث بالضبط

الإلغاء متاح دائماً وبدون رسوم. عند الإلغاء:

• يتوقّف أي تجديد أو خصم مستقبلي فوراً.
• يستمر وصولك الكامل حتى نهاية الفترة التي دفعت مقابلها، ثم ينتهي تلقائياً.
• لا يُعاد أي مبلغ عن الفترة الحالية أو أي جزء منها.
• لا يُعاد أي مبلغ عن أشهر لم تستخدم فيها المنصة.

مثال: إذا دفعت في الأول من الشهر وألغيت في العاشر، يبقى وصولك حتى نهاية ذلك الشهر ولا يتم خصم الشهر التالي.

05كيف تلغي اشتراكك

يمكنك الإلغاء بأي من الطريقتين:

1. من داخل حسابك: افتح صفحة إدارة الاشتراك من الرابط الموجود في بريد تأكيد الشراء، ثم اختر إلغاء الاشتراك.
2. عبر البريد الإلكتروني: أرسل طلباً إلى {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} من نفس البريد المسجّل في الاشتراك، مع ذكر الاسم الكامل وآخر أربعة أرقام من البطاقة أو رقم العملية.

ستصلك رسالة تأكيد خطّية بالإلغاء. احتفظ بها. إذا لم تصلك خلال 24 ساعة، راسلنا مرة أخرى قبل افتراض أن الإلغاء لم يتم.

06الاستثناءات المحدودة

نراجع الحالات التالية ونصحّحها إذا ثبتت:

• خصم مكرّر: تحصيل نفس المبلغ مرتين عن نفس الفترة بسبب خطأ تقني — يُعاد المبلغ الزائد بالكامل.
• خصم بعد إلغاء مؤكّد: تحصيل تجديد بعد استلامك تأكيداً خطّياً بالإلغاء — يُعاد المبلغ بالكامل.
• عملية غير مصرّح بها: استخدام وسيلة دفعك دون علمك، بعد التحقق مع مزوّد الدفع وثبوت الاحتيال.
• تعذّر الوصول: عطل تقني من جانبنا يمنعك من الوصول إلى المنصة ولم نتمكّن من حلّه خلال مدة معقولة بعد إبلاغنا به.

لطلب المراجعة، راسل {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ العملية مع رقم العملية وتفاصيل الحالة. يُنفَّذ أي مبلغ معتمد على نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل.

ما لا يُعدّ استثناءً: تغيير الرأي، عدم توفّر الوقت، عدم مشاهدة المحتوى، عدم تحقيق نتيجة مالية، صعوبة في فتح حساب لدى طرف ثالث، أو نسيان إلغاء التجديد.

07التنازل عن حق الانسحاب القانوني

في بعض الولايات القضائية يمنح القانون المستهلك مدة انسحاب من عقود المحتوى الرقمي. غير أن هذا الحق يسقط إذا وافق المستهلك صراحةً على بدء التنفيذ الفوري وأقرّ بفقدان حقه في الانسحاب.

عند إتمام الشراء، تُقرّ وتوافق صراحةً على:

• أنك تطلب البدء الفوري في تقديم المحتوى الرقمي بمجرّد إتمام الدفع؛
• أنك بذلك تفقد حقك القانوني في الانسحاب أو الإلغاء المسترد خلال أي مدة تهدئة، إن وُجدت في بلدك.

لا تؤثّر هذه السياسة على أي حق قانوني إلزامي لا يجوز التنازل عنه في بلد إقامتك.

08قبل أن تفتح نزاعاً بنكياً

لا تعرف مصدر العملية؟ تظهر مدفوعاتك على كشف حساب بطاقتك باسم {{DESCRIPTOR}}، وقد تظهر باسم مزوّد الدفع الوسيط. إذا رأيت خصماً لا تتذكّره، راجع هذا الاسم أولاً قبل اعتباره عملية غير مصرّح بها.

فتح نزاع بنكي (chargeback) دون التواصل معنا يُعدّ مخالفة جوهرية للشروط والأحكام. في هذه الحالة:

• يُنهى وصولك إلى المنصة والمجتمع فوراً.
• نقدّم إلى البنك ومزوّد الدفع سجلّ دخولك وسجلّ مشاهدة الدروس وموافقتك الإلكترونية المؤرّخة على هذه السياسة.
• نطالب بالمبلغ المستحق ورسوم النزاع.
• لا يُقبل منك أي اشتراك مستقبلي.

09خدمات التنفيذ نيابةً عن العميل

خدمات التنفيذ (Done-For-You) تخضع لنطاق عمل منفصل يُتفق عليه ويُوقَّع قبل بدء التنفيذ، ويتضمّن بنود الدفع وعدم الاسترجاع الخاصة به. ما لم ينص ذلك المستند على خلاف ذلك، تُطبَّق قاعدة عدم الاسترجاع الواردة هنا.

10تحديث السياسة والتواصل

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة. النسخة السارية هي المنشورة على هذه الصفحة بتاريخها الظاهر في الأعلى، وتُطبَّق على المشتريات التي تتم بعد نشرها.

01Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made through {{SITE}} and its order pages, and forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

It covers monthly membership, annual membership, lifetime membership, standalone digital products and one-time upgrade offers.

02Why we do not offer refunds

What you buy is immediate and complete digital access to material that cannot be returned once consumed: the full course, the recorded call archive, templates and files, and supplier and tool lists.

Everything unlocks at once the moment your purchase completes. There is no "unconsumed portion" to return.

Instead of a refund window we chose a model that is clearer and fairer to both sides:

• A monthly plan with no commitment: try the platform for one month and cancel whenever you want, in one click.
• No additional fees and no hidden conditions.
• No mandatory contract and no minimum subscription term.

03All sales are final

The annual and lifetime plans are offered at a materially lower price than the equivalent sum of monthly payments. That discount is the direct consideration for your upfront commitment, and it is therefore non-refundable and cannot be pro-rated.

04What cancellation actually does

Cancellation is always available and carries no fee. When you cancel:

• all future renewals and charges stop immediately;
• your full access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then ends automatically;
• no amount is returned for the current period or any part of it;
• no amount is returned for months in which you did not use the platform.

Example: if you paid on the 1st and cancel on the 10th, your access runs to the end of that month and the following month is not charged.

05How to cancel

You can cancel either way:

1. From your account: open the subscription management page using the link in your purchase confirmation email, then select cancel subscription.
2. By email: send a request to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} from the email address registered to the subscription, stating your full name and the last four digits of the card or the transaction reference.

You will receive written confirmation of cancellation. Keep it. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us again before assuming the cancellation went through.

06Limited exceptions

We will review and correct the following where established:

• Duplicate charge: the same amount taken twice for the same period due to a technical error — the excess is returned in full.
• Charge after a confirmed cancellation: a renewal taken after you received written cancellation confirmation — returned in full.
• Unauthorised transaction: your payment method used without your knowledge, after verification with the payment provider and confirmation of fraud.
• Inability to access: a technical failure on our side that prevents you from accessing the platform and that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable period after you reported it.

To request a review, write to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} within 30 days of the transaction with the transaction reference and the details. Any approved amount is returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Not exceptions: change of mind, lack of time, not watching the content, not achieving a financial result, difficulty opening an account with a third party, or forgetting to cancel a renewal.

07Waiver of the statutory right of withdrawal

In some jurisdictions consumers have a statutory cancellation period for digital content contracts. That right is lost where the consumer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• you request immediate supply of the digital content as soon as payment completes; and
• you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off cancellation that would otherwise apply in your country.

This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory right in your country of residence that cannot lawfully be waived.

08Before raising a chargeback

Don't recognise the charge? Your payments appear on your card statement as {{DESCRIPTOR}}, and may also show the name of the intermediate payment provider. If you see a charge you do not remember, check that descriptor before treating it as unauthorised.

Raising a chargeback without contacting us is a material breach of the Terms and Conditions. Where that happens:

• your access to the platform and community ends immediately;
• we submit to the bank and payment provider your login history, lesson-viewing history and your timestamped electronic acceptance of this policy;
• we pursue the amount owed together with the dispute fee;
• no future subscription from you will be accepted.

09Done-for-you services

Done-for-you execution services are governed by a separate scope of work agreed and signed before work begins, which contains its own payment and non-refund terms. Unless that document states otherwise, the no-refund rule set out here applies.

10Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page bearing the date shown above, and it applies to purchases made after publication.
